English Support Staff
Description:

Sparked Host LLC is looking for experienced and knowledgeable English-speaking Support staff to grow our team. Our support team act to a level of high standard to ensure that customers are satisfied with their responses. You must be professional, willing to learn and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment while working in a close knit team.

What you'll be doing
  • You'll be working day-to-day with our customers - this is a fast paced environment with upwards of 200 tickets open at any one time.
  • You'll be working closely with our Support Supervisors and Chief Customer Officer to improve customer satisfaction rates
  • You'll be working to ensure that all customers receive answers to any questions they may have.
Requirements
  • You must be 16 years or older at the time of applying.
  • Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to progress roles.
  • Must be willing to learn or already have experience of the Tawk.to system.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
  • You must have knowledge of the products that we offer.
Spanish Support Staff
Description:

Sparked Host LLC serves primarily English and Spanish speaking customers, with acquisitions previously being primarily Spanish-based companies we're working constantly with Spanish-speaking customers. We have an actively-growing Spanish support team and we're looking for more members to grow our team. You must be professional, willing to learn and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment while working in a close knit team.

What you'll be doing
  • You'll be working primarily with our Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Dependant on your English speaking skills, you'll be working with our English-speaking customers also.
  • You'll be working to ensure that the number of active Spanish tickets are reduced.
  • You'll be working in a fast paced environment and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You may be asked to gather statistics based on your customer support satisfaction rate.
Requirements
  • You must be 16 years or older at the time of applying.
  • You must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to progress roles.
  • You must be willing to learn or already have experience of the Tawk.to chat system.
  • You must have knowledge of the products that we offer.
  • We ask that Spanish-speaking Support Staff have a English as a second language.
