Been using this for almost 2 years now and so far no negative experiences or lack of performance. Multitude of service options so that there would still be an option for people with lower budgets. I ordered a Squad server, it had issues and a ticket was opened. The support team worked hard on resolving my issues, but in the end I asked for a refund. The team at Sparked Host honored the request and also were very polite and helpful in the ticket. Absolutely loved the help and service in regards to a ticket and previous tickets I have sent in, in regards to Minecraft servers I purchased. I Am A Complete FOOL! when it comes to fixing errors and finding problems and the support team have been amazing in helping me fix my issues even when they are not always specifically server issues and rather my own ignorance.
