I have been using Sparked Host for 6 months to maintain a Minecraft 1.16 server and the truth is that there are no complaints. Above all the customer support is very good, you can make a ticket to ask for help in any way, 24/7. For now, I will continue with this service that is fulfilling my requests

Really good performance, excellent support. Every problem got fixed in less than 12 hours. The longest time I had to wait was 4 hours, but I have to blame it on the TimeZone. 10/10. Cheap. Fast. Made with love.

Sparked hosting is a very cheap hosting service. My experience with this company this really good. I bought two servers never had problems with them. Only thing they could change is that you can install mods from sparked hosting. Because i had to search for mods on random websites. But is still recommend this hosting service because of there cheap price and good servers.

Probably so far the best hosting company for game servers. I run a little minecraft server that is hosted by Sparked, at the start, the availability for Australian servers was very low, but now I see why. Never had an issue and server runs perfectly all the time. Most importantly, they send you emails about downtime, machine upgrades, etc to your email address which is the most important bit imho.

Quick response to support requests and results in my problem being solved most of the time. No lags on the servers whatsoever and the prices are still very affordable. My biggest server which is a 12GB Enterprise Server only costs 20 EUR per month which is very cheap compared to other hosts that would charge around 40-50 EUR for the same thing. I didn't change my opinion and still genuinely think that sparked host is one of the best hosting services out there. I highly Recommend it.

I've been on and off with Sparked Host for the better part of 2 years hosting small game servers for friend groups of upwards of 10 people. All of these servers have had different needs but one thing is for sure and that is that Sparked Host should be scaring all of the other hosting companies around into submission. Quality is unmatched for the price. I fail to find hosting that performs just as well anywhere else for the same or a better price. It simply isn't the same. Customer support is absolutely phenomenal - Paul Tracy, one of the company's CEOs, is one of the most punctual, supportive and responsive representatives of the company and the rest of the support team is unmatched. Even if it's your fault, you'll always get the help you need to-the-T, usually within minutes, if not under 24 hours. You will never be left in the dark about issues and you will be the first to know of any issues regarding your service. Quality of services are awesome - the website's panels, settings and client area is intuitive and the server panel, Pterodactyl, is one of the best if not the best server panel I have ever laid my hands on and Sparked supporting this panel is an incredible and humbling choice. Most hosting services design their own panels that just don't share the same intuition that these already excellent panels do. Sparked Host is transparent, responsive, unmatched and incredibly affordable. For your first hosting solution, I'd do more than recommend it and would in fact urge you to take the plunge and see how you enjoy it.
