The two operators that handled my case, Abdelrahman M. & Esteban M. both helped me to fix my Minecraft server that was in a crashing loop. Very kind and comprehensive.

Been using this for almost 2 years now and so far no negative experiences or lack of performance. Multitude of service options so that there would still be an option for people with lower budgets. Truly very handy. Criminally underrated and should be up there with other popular server hosting. This review comes after them helping me for a mistake I have done.

I've been using Sparked Hosting for my Minecraft server, and I couldn't be happier with their service! My server runs smoothly with no noticeable lag (7GB Server) , even during peak player counts of like 14. The customer support team is exceptional! They are always so quick to respond and super helpful with any questions or issues I’ve had. Their pricing is so good compared to other hosting providers. Its only 17 bucks for my 7-gig server with insane performance. This definitely makes them an amazing choice for anyone looking for reliable and affordable server hosting and I highly recommend it!

I ordered a Squad server, it had issues and a ticket was opened. The support team worked hard on resolving my issues, but in the end I asked for a refund. The team at Sparked Host honored the request and also were very polite and helpful in the ticket. It was resolved and left me with a positive experience, they even recommended another provider that is a Squad partner. Absolutely loved the help and service in regards to a ticket and previous tickets I have sent in, in regards to Minecraft servers I purchased. I Am A Complete FOOL! when it comes to fixing errors and finding problems and the support team have been amazing in helping me fix my issues even when they are not always specifically server issues and rather my own ignorance. I have had Niranjan B help me on two occasions and in regards to my servers I absolutely loved the help i received through the tickets i sent through. Niranjan B, the greatest fixer upper to ever walk the earth leading to a spotless cleanse of my ignorance...

They were very patient and kind with me even though I was being a bit of a nuisance for not understanding anything about Hosting or server stuff. I got the 9GB package and so far I have had no issues server wise! Genuinely as someone who has never bought a host server for MC and looked around for what felt like hours I'm glad I went with Sparked Host. <3

Having been hosting a Minecraft community for almost a decade now, I can say Sparked has been a game-changer. From hosting my Minecraft server, to my website and even my discord bot needs. The Support Team are nothing less then exceptional, they have always quick to respond and going above and beyond, even during times where there are unexpected outages that are beyond their control, they are there working to get it resolved as quickly as they can to minimise downtime.
