The two operators that handled my case, Abdelrahman M. & Esteban M. both helped me to fix my Minecraft server that was in a crashing loop. Very kind and comprehensive.

Been using this for almost 2 years now and so far no negative experiences or lack of performance. Multitude of service options so that there would still be an option for people with lower budgets. Truly very handy. Criminally underrated and should be up there with other popular server hosting. This review comes after them helping me for a mistake I have done.

I ordered a Squad server, it had issues and a ticket was opened. The support team worked hard on resolving my issues, but in the end I asked for a refund. The team at Sparked Host honored the request and also were very polite and helpful in the ticket. It was resolved and left me with a positive experience, they even recommended another provider that is a Squad partner. Absolutely loved the help and service in regards to a ticket and previous tickets I have sent in, in regards to Minecraft servers I purchased. I Am A Complete FOOL! when it comes to fixing errors and finding problems and the support team have been amazing in helping me fix my issues even when they are not always specifically server issues and rather my own ignorance. I have had Niranjan B help me on two occasions and in regards to my servers I absolutely loved the help i received through the tickets i sent through. They were very patient and kind with me even though I was being a bit of a nuisance for not understanding anything about Hosting or server stuff. I got the 9GB package and so far I have had no issues server wise!
