Which package should I get?
The package you choose depends on what your needs are. If you are running a small vanilla server, you may want to use Budget. If you are running an established community or a server with many modifications, this is the package to get. Else pick Extreme which ensures stability and performance.
Can I run addons on the server?
Yes! You are able to run different addons and other game modifications on your server. There are no restrictions. You are able to use the File Manager to do this.
Do you have MySQL Databases?
Yes! All of our services come with free MySQL databases! No need to pay.
What is the difference between Budget, Enterprise, and Extreme?
The difference is significant. Budget is designed for people who want to host a small server with friends or a small network. Enterprise is designed for medium-sized servers. Extreme is for the best of the best. With extraordinary hardware, your server will run smoothly. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Hardware is also different for each plan.
What is the best location to pick?
To determine this, You will need to know your ping to all of our servers. This will let you choose which location is the closest to you and your player base. You are able to view all location pings here.
When will I receive my order?
When your service is finished installing/setting up, it will be immediately delivered to you. If there are any unusual delays please contact us with further details so we can attend to the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I control my server?
Once you have ordered the package, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the “Apollo” dashboard. User credentials should also be emailed. From there, you are able to view your server and manage the server.
How do I transfer to Sparked Host?
You can transfer your service to Sparked Host using the SFTP or creating a backup. If you wish to use SFTP, you will need to have SFTP access to your server. Then, log in to the control panel and navigate to the Importer Tab. If you do not have SFTP Access you can download a backup of your previous service and upload it using FileZilla to your new service at Sparked Host. If you cannot download a backup because it is too big, make a ticket on our Client Area under Transfers/Backups.
