Black Friday 2025 Giveaway – Official Rules

Sponsor

Sparked Host, LLC ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

Open to individuals who:

1. Are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in their jurisdiction), and
2. Reside in a jurisdiction where this Giveaway is not prohibited.

Employees of Sponsor, contractors, affiliates, and immediate household members are not eligible.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on November 28, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on December 05, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST ("Promotion Period").

How to Enter

You may enter in one (1) of two (2) ways:

1. Purchase-Based Entry
   Purchasing any eligible Sparked Host service during the Promotion Period automatically grants one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
   To enter without making a purchase, submit the AMOE form located at:
   https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfNCibYY1U1k_CHBmFoTjCZzKxlJMIxLwL4pjhD7FsAgVJsDw/viewform?usp=dialog
   Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.

Entry Limits

1. Limit one (1) total entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method.
2. Duplicate entries or attempts to circumvent the limit may result in disqualification.

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

• 1× $50 Sparked Host Account Credit
• 2× $25 Sparked Host Account Credit
• 5× $10 Sparked Host Account Credit
• 1× Minecraft Game Key (or equivalent game key Sparked Host hosts)
• 3× 1-Year Minecraft Hosting Plans (via Golden Ticket selection among BF purchases)
• 10–20× Free 1-Month Discord Bot Hosting Packages
• 1× "Build Your Dream SMP" Package (custom world, spawn, plugin/mod configuration, and featured blog post)

1. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
2. Total ARV: approx. $150–$250.
3. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
2. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
3. Winner selection dates:
   • Daily drawings for Golden Ticket winners
   • Final drawing for all other prizes within five (5) days of Promotion Period ending

Winner Notification

1. Winners will be contacted via the email address or Discord handle provided.
2. Winners have 72 hours to respond before the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Verification

1. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.
2. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent may be disqualified.

Publicity

By entering, winners permit Sponsor to use their first name, username, and prize information for promotional purposes in Sparked Host Discord, website, and marketing materials, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost or misdirected entries
• Website errors
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

Entrants release and hold Sponsor harmless from all claims arising from participation.

General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if:

• Fraud
• System malfunction
• Technical issues
• Or any event compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

Privacy

Information submitted is used solely for Giveaway administration and prize fulfillment.

Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State Of Utah without regard to conflict of law rules.
